Event transportation
Baby Shower Transportation
Baby Shower transportation works best when the vehicle matches the real headcount, every stop is sequenced with buffer, and our alcohol, decoration and cleanup rules are understood before anyone boards. Party buses and limo-style Sprinters dominate celebration requests; stretch limousines suit smaller, more formal groups.
Transport your baby shower guests in comfort and style with our group transportation services. Our party buses and limousines make the celebration even more memorable with a fun, stress-free ride. Book a baby shower bus rental for a unique twist on the classic celebration.

Page-specific considerations
Build the itinerary before comparing prices
Planning headcount
15β40 guests at the venue, though the group needing a shuttle is often 12β20.. We size from your confirmed passenger count plus two.
Timing
2β4 hours event; add 30β60 minutes each way for shuttles. We quote the schedule you describe rather than a minimum block.
Timing pressure
Often late morning or early afternoon weekends; Sunday brunch slots common.
Lead time
4β8 weeks.
Coordination note
Many showers are low or no alcohol; confirm policy with operator if mimosas are planned.
Specific to this event
What baby shower work demands that other trips do not
A baby shower booking usually moves guests rather than the guest of honor: a group from a hotel or a meeting point to a restaurant, a venue or a private home, and back. The vehicle therefore needs seats, a low step and easy boarding more than a bar, and we will usually recommend a shuttle or a Sprinter over a party bus unless the group specifically wants the lounge.
Two practical things. First, the pickup at a private home: a large vehicle on a residential street needs somewhere to stop legally, and we check the address before the day. Second, gifts and food come back with the group, and a vehicle that was full on the way out can be short of space on the way home. Tell us if the shower is at a venue that will send people away with their arms full and we size for the return.
On the day
How a baby shower trip actually runs
We ask for one named person who is responsible for the count. Not the guest of honor β someone else, with a phone that stays charged. That person counts heads before every departure and is the one our chauffeur calls when a passenger has wandered off. It sounds trivial and it is the single largest cause of lost time on celebration charters.
On the clock, baby shower charters usually run 2β4 hours event; add 30β60 minutes each way for shuttles. We quote the schedule you describe rather than a minimum block, and if the route will not fit the hours you have asked for we say so at the quoting stage.
Vehicles we run for this
Sprinter or small shuttle
Parking and liability simpler than everyone driving to suburban venues.
Sizing
How much vehicle 12 to 40 baby shower passengers need
Most baby shower groups we carry land between 12 and 40 passengers, and that spread crosses a real dividing line in the fleet. For about 12 people we would send a 10- to 14-passenger executive Sprinter or a 12- to 14-passenger stretch limousine. The Sprinter gives you forward-facing seats, an aisle and floor space for bags; the limousine gives you a lounge layout and almost no luggage room. For 40, it is a 34- to 45-passenger party bus, or a 40-passenger coach if the trip involves luggage or a long highway leg. Above about thirty-five passengers the choice is really a comfort question: lounge seating and open floor, or forward-facing reclining seats with underfloor bays.
Read 40 as a maximum, not a comfort rating. A vehicle rated for 40 seats 40 adults shoulder to shoulder with nothing on the floor; put the same baby shower group in coats with bags and a cooler and it feels full at about 34. We size from your confirmed headcount plus two, so the friend who joins the night before has a seat.
For this event we most often end up with sprinter or small shuttle. Parking and liability simpler than everyone driving to suburban venues.

Access
Loading, staging and venue access for baby shower
Residential pickups are where large vehicles actually get stuck. A 40-foot bus needs a straight approach, room to swing wide on the turn, and no low branches over the parking strip; a tight cul-de-sac, a steep driveway apron or a narrow street with cars parked both sides can make a nominally simple address unreachable. Give us the pickup address when you book and we will look at it before the day β if the street will not take the vehicle we agree a meeting point a block away rather than discover the problem with the group already outside.
Many showers are low or no alcohol; confirm policy with operator if mimosas are planned.
Risk
What goes wrong on baby shower trips, and how we prevent it
On baby shower trips the problems we see most are underestimating gifts/bulk for trunk space and confusing pickup order after drinks at co-ed showers. None of them is hard to fix a week out and all of them are expensive to fix on the day, so this is the list we work through with you while we build the quote.
Underestimating gifts/bulk for trunk space
We raise this at the quoting stage and write the answer into the itinerary, so it is settled before the day rather than handled on it.
Confusing pickup order after drinks at co-ed showers
We plan around it when we time the route, and we tell you where it bites before you commit rather than after.
A vehicle that turns out to be too small
We size from your headcount plus two and confirm the seat count in writing rather than the vehicle category, so nobody arrives expecting room that was never there.
Before you call
What to have ready when you call us about baby shower
None of this has to be final; rough answers let us size a vehicle and price a schedule on the first call. 4β8 weeks.
Date and confirmed headcount
Most baby shower groups run 15β40 guests at the venue, though the group needing a shuttle is often 12β20. Tell us where yours sits, counting the people actually traveling, and we size from that figure plus two.
Every stop in order
Starting with the first pickup address, with roughly how long you intend to spend at each. This is what turns a wish list into a timed itinerary.
The hours you expect to need
2β4 hours event; add 30β60 minutes each way for shuttles. If your plan is longer or shorter, say so; we quote the hours you describe.
Final drop-off
Where the night ends, and whether the group splits at the end.
Accessibility needs
Step assistance, a lift-equipped vehicle, or a seat someone needs to be in.
The one hard time
Whatever cannot move β the ceremony, the reservation, the curtain. We schedule around it.
Decorations
Tell us if you plan to decorate the vehicle and with what. Adhesives are the usual sticking point and it is a two-minute conversation in advance.
Timing
When baby shower demand peaks
Often late morning or early afternoon weekends; Sunday brunch slots common. On those dates the popular sizes go first, minimum blocks get longer, and the freedom to move your pickup by half an hour disappears. If your date sits inside that window, hold the vehicle first and refine the route afterwards.
