Party Bus Quotes is the group transportation company of Find My Party Bus. We run party buses, stretch and SUV limousines, Sprinter vans, shuttles and motorcoaches, we employ the chauffeurs who drive them, and we write the contract that puts your name on the date. One company, start to finish.

How we run
The standards behind every trip
Licensed and insured
Every trip runs under active operating authority with commercial passenger insurance. Vehicles built to carry 16 or more people including the driver go out with a CDL-holding chauffeur carrying a passenger endorsement, as federal rule 49 CFR 383.5 requires.
Chauffeurs we know
Our drivers are background-checked, drug-tested, road-tested on the vehicle class they drive, and dispatched with your itinerary in hand. They know the venue entrances, the load zones and where a 40-footer can actually turn around.
The price we quote
Your quote is itemized and flat. Fuel, gratuity, tolls, parking and tax are on the page before you sign, and the overtime rate is printed there too so a late night never becomes a surprise invoice.
How booking works
From your first call to the last drop-off
1. You tell us the trip
Date, headcount, pickup and every stop, the hours you want, luggage, accessibility needs and the amenities that matter — a dance floor, a restroom, luggage bays, a sound system your DJ can plug into. The more of the night we know, the tighter the quote.
2. We check the calendar and the route
We look at what we have open on your date, match the vehicle to the group and the roads it has to drive, and build the timing backwards from the moment you need to arrive. If a stop has a low bridge, a permit rule or a loading dock that will not take a 45-foot coach, we tell you before you book, not on the night.
3. You get the quote in writing
The quote names the bus, its seating capacity and what is on board, then shows base hours, the minimum block, gratuity, fuel, tolls, cleaning and the overtime rate. If two vehicles would both work, we quote both and tell you which one we would send.
4. Deposit, and the date is yours
Sign the agreement, put the deposit down, and the vehicle comes off the calendar for your date. Your cancellation window, your balance date and your chauffeur’s contact details are all in that agreement. Popular Saturdays in wedding and prom season go early, so the deposit is what actually holds the night.

Party Bus Quotes serves groups in 870 cities across all 50 states, plus four Canadian markets — Toronto, Windsor, Montreal and Winnipeg — where we also run dedicated local sites. Availability on any one Saturday depends on what is already booked, so the fastest way to find out what we have for your date is to send us the trip or pick up the phone. Who writes this site
The guides here are written by the Find My Party Bus reservation team — the same people who dispatch the trips — and checked against federal passenger-carrier rules, airport and municipal ground-transportation guidance, and provincial regulators for the Canadian pages. Every page carries a review date. If something on it is wrong or out of date, tell us on the contact page and we will fix it.
