What we can do is price your actual night, flat, with fuel, gratuity, tolls, tax and the overtime rate all itemized before you sign anything. Here is what moves the number.

A 40-passenger bus costs more to run than a 20 — more fuel, a bigger chassis, a CDL chauffeur. Size to the group you actually have, not the one you might have. Overbuying seats is the most common way people spend more than they needed to.
A Saturday in May prices differently from a Thursday in February, and prom nights, homecoming, New Year’s Eve and big game days price differently again. The same trip on a Friday instead of a Saturday often saves real money, and we will tell you when it does.
Your hours start at pickup and end at final drop-off, and the minimum block is on the quote before you sign. Most groups book four hours; if your night is really six, book six rather than paying overtime for the last two.
Every stop adds time, and distance between stops adds fuel and tolls. A tight downtown loop and a two-hour run into wine country cost different money even at the same headcount. Give us all the stops up front so the quote holds.
Groups run late — the reception speeches go long, the last person cannot find their coat. The overtime rate is printed on your quote so if the night stretches you already know what the extra hour costs. No surprise invoice the next morning.
A wheelchair lift, child seats, an onboard restroom, luggage bays or a second chauffeur for a long day all change which vehicle we send, and that changes the number. Tell us these things first, not last.

Straight answers
There is no single nationwide number, and any site that gives you one is guessing. What your night costs comes down to the size of the bus, your city, your date, how many hours you keep it and how far it drives. A four-hour Saturday in a 30-passenger bus in a major metro is a different animal from a two-hour Tuesday transfer in a Sprinter. Send us the date and the stops and we will price the actual trip in writing, flat, with every charge itemized.
Ours names the vehicle you are getting, its seating capacity and what is on board, the hours it is yours and when the clock starts, the base charge, fuel, tax, tolls, parking, gratuity, the overtime rate and the cancellation window. One page, one flat total, nothing left to be worked out later. If a line on it is not clear, call us and we will walk it.
Usually because it is not the same trip. A low hourly rate with a six-hour minimum, fuel billed separately, gratuity added at the end and a smaller bus than you asked for lands above a higher rate that includes everything. Compare the bottom line for the same vehicle over the same hours, not the headline number. Ours is flat and itemized so you can do exactly that.
