What We Promise Every Rider
Reviews tell you what happened on somebody else’s night. Here is what we promise will happen on yours. We own the buses, we employ the chauffeurs and we book the trip, so every commitment below is ours to keep — and ours to answer for if we ever miss it.
Every vehicle is inspected before it leaves for your pickup. Our mechanics run a pre-trip inspection on the bus reserved for your date: brakes, tires, lights, steering, doors, emergency exits, climate control, sound system and interior condition. Anything that fails comes off the schedule, and we move you to a comparable or larger vehicle at no extra charge rather than send out something we would not put our own families in.
Our chauffeurs are our employees, screened and tested. Every chauffeur who works for us clears a criminal background check and a motor-vehicle-record review before their first trip, and stays in a drug and alcohol testing program consistent with U.S. Department of Transportation rules — pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion. For any vehicle designed to carry sixteen or more people including the driver, federal law (49 CFR 383.5) requires a commercial driver’s license with a passenger endorsement, and the chauffeurs behind those wheels hold one. They are on our payroll, in our uniform, driving our equipment.
Commercial passenger liability insurance on every unit, every trip. We carry it across the whole fleet and keep it current. If your venue, school, corporate office or wedding coordinator needs a certificate of insurance naming them, ask us and we will send it well before your date. It is a routine request and we turn it around the same week.
One itemized price, agreed in writing, with nothing added at the curb. Your quote spells out the vehicle, the hours, the mileage, fuel, taxes, tolls, parking, gratuity and any cleaning or overtime rate before you put money down. What you sign is what you pay. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to ask you for extra money on the night of the trip, and there is no surprise line item waiting on the final invoice.
A written contract before you pay, and a real human before you ride. You get the agreement — vehicle, times, stops, deposit, cancellation and refund terms — to read and keep before any card is charged. In the days before your trip you get the name and number of the person handling your reservation, and on the day itself your chauffeur’s cell number, so you are never calling a general line while thirty people wait on a sidewalk.
Clear rules, told to you up front. Alcohol, smoking, decorations, pets, accessibility needs and how many people actually fit comfortably on each bus — we tell you where we stand when you book, not when you board. Where state or local law changes what is allowed on your route, we say so while you can still plan around it.
If we get it wrong, we fix it. A late arrival, a bus that is not what we described, a chauffeur who is not the professional we promised — call us and we make it right. That is the whole reason we publish real reviews instead of stock testimonials: the number that books your trip is the same number that answers when something needs fixing.
