Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Party Bus Quotes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Party Bus Quotes is a nationwide marketplace that connects customers with vetted third-party party bus, limousine, and coach bus operators. We provide instant quotes, booking coordination, and customer support. The actual transportation services are provided by independent licensed operators in our network — Party Bus Quotes does not itself own or operate vehicles.

Booking and Payment

All-inclusive pricing with gratuity included is provided at the time of quoting. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7–14 days before your event. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 15 days before the event are non-refundable, as the vehicle has been held exclusively for your date and rebooking opportunities are limited. Reschedules are accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a vehicle. You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your group and agree to adhere to the operator's vehicle policies including no smoking, no pets (except service animals), and BYOB rules. Any damage caused by your group to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Party Bus Quotes acts as a booking agent connecting customers with independent transportation operators. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Bus Quotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service or the transportation provided by our network operators. Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Party Bus Quotes, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or the conduct of your group during a rental.

Intellectual Property

The Party Bus Quotes name, logo, website content, tools, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Party Bus Quotes and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
