White 10 Passenger Limo
A 10 passenger limousine is a perimeter-seated vehicle with a legal seated capacity of 10. Counting the driver it carries 11 people, which places it below the federal 16-person line that decides whether the driver must hold a commercial license with a passenger endorsement. Plan around roughly 8 passengers for comfort rather than filling every seat, and your contract will name the seating capacity of the vehicle we are sending you.
White is the color brides and quinceaΓ±era families ask for, and it is the first thing off our board on a Saturday in season β if your date is in spring or early summer, book it early. White also shows road grime in a way black never does, so our white vehicles come back through the wash bay between every trip, not just at the end of the day. The color you book is the color that pulls up.

- β’ Which chassis and model year is the car, and is the colour guaranteed?

- β’ Can the vehicle reach every pickup and loading point on the route?

This variant
Why this variant has its own page
The 10 passenger white limousine is the same seating capacity, the same licensing position and the same luggage reality as the black 10 passenger stretch, and if you have read that page the numbers do not change. What changes is the booking pattern. White stretches are asked for by name for weddings, quinceaΓ±eras, sweet sixteens and proms, almost always for the photographs, and they are booked earlier and for shorter blocks than the black car: a ceremony run and a reception arrival rather than a six-hour evening.
Because of that, the questions we get about this vehicle are different. Can it be decorated, and with what: ribbon and magnetic signs yes, anything adhesive on the paint no. Will the interior be white too, and how is it kept that way: the white leather is cleaned between every trip and we will not run it straight from a night out into a wedding morning. Is the colour guaranteed: yes, the agreement names the vehicle and a white car is what pulls up, not a black one with an apology.
If the date is a Saturday between April and June, book this one first and plan the rest of the day around it. Our white limousines are the first vehicles off the board in that window, and a substitution in colour is the one substitution couples never accept.
Seated versus comfortable
How many people really fit
10
Legal seated capacity of this configuration
~8
Comfortable for a full evening with movement and bags
10 is the seated capacity, not the comfortable one. Perimeter seating is measured to a narrow shoulder width, so a group of about 8 has room to move, set drinks down and get in and out at stops without climbing over each other. Tell us the real headcount and we will tell you honestly whether to size up.
At this size
What a group of 10 looks like on the day
Ten is the classic stretch limousine number and the size most prom, anniversary and small bachelorette groups land on once the maybes drop out. It is also the point where a single row of curb loading still works and a residential cul-de-sac is still reachable. Groups of ten rarely need a plan for bags, and the itinerary can run to four or five stops without the loading time at each one adding up.
At this capacity the car is typically a sedan stretch: a Lincoln or similar sedan platform lengthened behind the front doors, a low roof you duck under, one long side-facing bench, a bar console, a privacy partition and a small boot. It is the silhouette people picture when they say limousine, it photographs well at a church or a venue, and it rides low and quiet.
- 10 on a wraparound bench means 10 people sliding along to make room; the last two aboard sit nearest the door and are first off at every stop.
- A 120-guest wedding block moves in 12 rotations on this vehicle and a 60-guest block in 6; each rotation is a full round trip between hotel and venue, so the loop time sets the arrival window.
- 10 is 1 tables of eight plus 2, so a dinner group that fills this vehicle usually has a part-table of plus-ones.
Driver licensing
What licence this size requires
At 10 passengers plus a driver, this vehicle carries 11 people, below the federal 16-person threshold in 49 CFR 383.5 that forces a commercial license with a passenger endorsement. State and city rules still apply and they vary a great deal, so we license this class to whatever the market you are riding in demands. Smaller vehicle, same standard: same screening, same insurance, same uniform.
Seating and restraints
Seating layout and seat belts
Low wrap-around bench seating with a raised roofline. Getting in and out means stepping down and sliding along the bench, which matters in a gown or a tux and matters more for anyone with a bad knee. If that is your group, say so and we will put you in something with a higher door and a step you can actually use.
Luggage
What you can actually bring
A stretch limousine's boot is mostly fuel tank and stretch structure, so the usable luggage space is far smaller than the length of the car suggests. Plan on small bags at your feet. If a 10-passenger group is flying with real luggage, we will quote a Sprinter or a mini-coach alongside it instead of letting you find out at the curb.
Typical use
Trips that land at this headcount
- Date nights and anniversary dinners
- Airport transfers for a couple or small family
- Wedding-party transport for the couple and immediate attendants
- Small corporate client pickups
One size either way
Should you size up or down?
Size down
8 Passenger Limo
2 fewer seats. Worth comparing if your confirmed count is closer to 8: easier to route and park, and no empty seats on the bill.
Size up
12 Passenger Limo
2 more seats. Worth comparing if the list could grow past 10, or if you want room for bags and movement rather than a full cabin.
