Itinerary Builder

Multi-stop events like bar crawls, winery tours, and venue-hopping nights are an absolute blast. But without a timeline, groups run late at the first stop and the whole schedule unravels. Therefore, add your stops and dwell times here and the tool calculates your complete timeline β€” including travel between venues β€” so every minute of your rental is accounted for.

What the Itinerary Builder computes, and what it cannot

What it computes

Add your pickup and each stop with the minutes you intend to spend there and the drive to the next one, set a start time, and the builder lays the evening out on a clock: when you arrive at each venue, when you leave, how long each drive takes and when the last drop-off lands. Every minute of the rental is accounted for, including the drive legs people forget to count.

When to use it

Use it when you have a list of venues and a rough idea of how long you want at each, before you decide how many hours to book. The timeline shows whether six stops fit in five hours (they rarely do) and which stop to drop so the rest of the night works. Send us the result and we time it against real conditions for your night.

What it cannot tell you

It cannot know your drive times. The minutes between stops are yours to enter, and on a Saturday night in an entertainment district the real figure includes getting off the main road, finding somewhere legal to stop, unloading and counting heads again, which adds ten to fifteen minutes at each end of every stop. Enter honest numbers and the timeline is honest.

When the tool has done its part, call us at 844-725-4257 or send the itinerary and we name the bus, the itemized total and the written terms.

Itinerary Builder questions

What people ask about this tool and the decision behind it.

How much time should I allow between stops?

Drive time plus ten to fifteen minutes for loading and unloading at each end. A venue that is a five-minute drive away is usually a twenty-minute leg once everyone is off and back on.

How many stops fit in a typical rental?

Three or four venues in an evening is comfortable; five or six usually means cutting one in a rush at midnight. Build both versions and compare the end times.

Can I send the itinerary to you?

Yes. Copy the stop list with times into the quote form and we check it against drive and curb conditions for your date, then tell you where the schedule is tight.
