What the Group Size Vehicle Matcher computes, and what it cannot
What it computes
Enter a headcount and the matcher returns the vehicle categories whose planning capacity covers it, from a luxury sedan at one to three people through stretch limousines, limo Sprinters, small and large party buses, mini-coaches and full-size coaches at fifty-six. For each match it lists the layout and amenities a category typically carries, what it is good for, and where it falls short, so you can see why a group of fourteen is a Sprinter or a stretch question and a group of thirty is a bus question.
When to use it
Use it the moment the guest list settles, before you look at photographs of specific vehicles. Category decides most of the character of the trip: whether people sit facing forward or around the perimeter, whether there is standing room, whether there is a bay for bags. Settle the category first and the conversation with us is about which bus in that category fits your date.
What it cannot tell you
Published category capacities are planning references. They cannot tell you the legal seated capacity, the belt fitment or the luggage room of the particular vehicle that will arrive, because those vary from one build to the next within a category. We confirm all of them on the exact bus we name for you, and they are written into your agreement.
