Select a city and month to see typical weather conditions for your event.

Data represents historical averages. Check a weather service for real-time forecasts closer to your event.

What the Weather Checker computes, and what it cannot

What it computes

Pick one of the listed cities (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Nashville and Las Vegas) and a month, and the checker shows the historical average high and low, the typical chance of rain and what that means for the trip: what to wear, whether an outdoor stop needs a backup, and whether the heat or cold changes how long people want to spend off the bus.

When to use it

Use it when you are choosing a date or planning outdoor stops months out, when no forecast exists. Averages are enough to decide whether a rooftop in Chicago in November is a good idea or whether a Las Vegas afternoon in July needs the bus running as the cool room between stops.

What it cannot tell you

Averages are not a forecast, and the list of cities is short. The checker cannot tell you whether it will rain on your date; check a weather service in the week before the trip. It also cannot tell you how weather changes vehicle access, which is where it matters most to us: snow on a mountain road or flooding at a field car park can change the pickup point, and we check both before the day.

When the tool has done its part, call us at 844-725-4257 or send the itinerary and we name the bus, the itemized total and the written terms.

Weather Checker questions

What people ask about this tool and the decision behind it.

How does weather affect a party bus trip?

Mostly through loading and access: people in rain load slowly, snow can close the last mile to a venue, and heat makes the bus the place everyone wants to be between stops. We check access before the day and plan the pickup point around it.

Should we plan an indoor backup for outdoor stops?

If the average chance of rain for the month is meaningful, yes. Have the alternative venue in the itinerary so the chauffeur already knows where it is.

Can I check a city that is not listed?

Not in this tool. A national weather service provides monthly climate averages for any city, and we are happy to talk through what a season means for your route.
